Over 3-4 months, we partner with HR teams and business leaders to co-create a Behaviour Blueprint.

This typically includes:
1. Guiding principles – What you believe in and stand for.
2. Behaviours – How you live your guiding principles everyday.
3. Competencies – What’s expected at each level of seniority.
4. Measures – How you’ll track changes in culture over time.
5. Business outcomes – The business impact of shifting behaviours.
