Over approximately 3 months, we partner with HR, business leaders, and your wider workforce to co-create a Culture Blueprint. This four-step process will give you:

  1. Guiding principles – What you believe in and stand for.
  2. Behaviours – How you live your culture everyday.
  3. Competencies – What’s expected at each level of seniority.

The Culture Blueprint will help you:

  • • Make fair talent decisions.

DESIGN

We deliver Behaviour Audits to identify and overcome friction.

Over 3-6 months, we partner with HR, business leaders, and people across your organisation to deliver our four-step Behaviour Audit methodology.

We use our Friction Framework, built by adapting established models in behaviour science for the workplace context. This framework helps us uncover and overcome 15 potential sources of friction with target behaviours.

The Behaviour Audit will help you:

  • Save time, money, and effort. By attacking root causes of behaviours, you focus effort on what will actually work.
    Create longer lasting change. By reducing friction, behaviour change sticks even when people get busy, tired, and stressed.

In these sessions, we use proven strategies from behavioural science to develop culture skills and effortlessly embed them in everyday behaviour.

We help people design systems that make the behaviour more obvious, easy, and appealing. This way, behaviour change lasts.

By infusing behavioural science into learning, we:

• Create longer lasting change since the new behaviour sticks.
• Save time, money, and effort since we don’t need to keep rolling out training.
