Across 2024 and 2025, we partnered with a global retail organisation undergoing significant change. They wanted to plug specific skills gaps that would help their people lead and transition during this change.
They had previously paid a premium for off-the-shelf learning from a large training provider. Not only was this training expensive – it also had high drop-out rates.
We were asked if we could deliver short monthly sessions lasting from 30 to 90 minutes on relevant topics such as leading others through change and saying no.
The challenge was delivering something that would change behaviour and stick with people long after the session had ended.
